HOTEL POLICIES
Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy
Two night minimum stay requirement on weekends. Three night stay requirements apply to holiday weekends and weekends during the summer season. Rates subject to change without notice. Weekend and Holidays are extra. Major Credit Cards accepted for reservations. The hotel requires the guest/cardholder to be a minimum of 25 years of age. Stays of two nights or more require a deposit of 50% of entire stay at the time of reserving. One night stays require a deposit of 100% of stay. We cannot hold rooms without a deposit. Deposits are credited to the last night(s) of your stay. Should you contact us to cancel your reservations 21 or more days prior to the date of your arrival, your deposit (less a $30.00 service charge per room) will be refunded. However, should you cancel within 21 days or less prior to the date of your arrival, your deposit will be subject to full forfeiture. We will do our best to re-rent the room; if we are able to re-rent for your stay, we will credit you back your deposit (less the $30.00 service fee).
Check-in/Check-out Times
Rooms will be available for check-in after 2:00 pm.
Check-out is 11:00 am.
Additional Room Guests
For more than two guests in a room there is a $20 charge per night for each additional guest. One child under age of two at no additional charge.
